OUR
SERVICES

COMMUNICATIONS

Reaching out in a clear voice is key to getting work done, for fundraising and to attract new clients and supporters.  We emphasize the front to back door approach; making sure from first point of contact to end of service, public communications is consistent.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSESSMENT

We identify potential challenges and build on existing strengths helping team members better connect with customers at all levels. We evaluate and provide feedback about how others view your service.  Our tools help groups improve communication and the customer experience.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

These one-on-one sessions with organization leaders empower them to do exceptional work. A coaching relationship begins with support so the leader can discover and build their talent into skills. Together we assess your style and establish goals to define the work environment you wish to create for your team.

SMALL GROUP FACILITATION

Teams work best when goals are aligned and success is defined. We provide support for your team (both non-profit and small business) to adopt common objectives, address conflicts, work together and reach consensus. We bring objectivity to the process.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

The bridge between good theory and practice is planning. The nature of work in the social sector is that things keep changing and your organization must be prepared to take advantage of new opportunities. We use a visioning approach to help groups plan for the future.

WHO
WE ARE

Ron alone (1).jpg

RON - Every challenge hides an opportunity.  I specialize in finding the right fit.   Four career paths -- higher education administrator, nonprofit consultant, philanthropy, and social service leader prepared me to take on challenges of nearly every type. And find great solutions. I have provided consulting services to more than 50 organizations and have built networking relationships across many levels, from college presidents to community organizers.  I have been called a creative problem solver, thoughtful listener, strategic thinker, and collaborator.

Years of board service gave me a unique perspective on this critical volunteer sector. I am a former trustee of The Boston Conservatory, Mass Advocates for Children, founding member and steering committee for Leadership Pioneer Valley and Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, and former Associate Professor for Macro Practice at Boston College School of Social Work.

PAM - Solutions lie in understanding the issue.  This is as true in business as it is in community organizations.  I use my voice to help others speak and get to the root of problems.   As a veteran of leading small teams, my emphasis is on getting the job done well with integrity. I am passionate about clear communications, civic engagement, diversity, inclusion, and effective external affairs. Used to working in a fast-paced environment, I’m known for questions that get results; I add research, writing, and often pictures to create a narrative of solutions delivered on deadline.

Having received numerous awards for working with the community and partnering with dozens of organizations, including Mass Health Council, Partners for Youth with Disabilities, American Cancer Society NE, Dana Farber, and the National Association of Black Journalists, I am committed to helping groups operate more efficiently and then spread their message to the world.

Ron and Pam now live in Charlotte, NC, after 3 decades in Boston, MA.
